Return, Refund & Cancellation policy
Thank you for shopping at Home Decor Centro. We at Home Decor Centro provide the best quality products to our customers.
We also understand that at times a product which you buy and what you receive may be different. In that scenario, we would like that you read the return and refund policy. In case you buy any product form Home Decor Centro, you accept and agree to the terms and condition given below.
Product can be returned ONLY if:
There is a manufacturing defect.
The product got damaged during transit.
Product received is different than what is described on the website.
If the product received has any of the aforementioned issues, then kindly email to us a picture of the product within 48 hours of receipt. Kindly note that the product should be in original condition with tags and packaging.
Product CANNOT be returned IF:
You have not emailed/ informed us about the issue within 48 hours as mentioned above. The product is not in its original condition or if its tag or packaging are missing.
Not all products are eligible for return. Kindly see the return policy of each product under the description of the same.
When can I get my refund?
Home Decor Centro initiates the refund process once the return is approved or once the product reaches us. The time taken for refund shall depend on the successful delivery of the product to our storehouse.
We will notify you by email/message once we initiate the refund and it will take a maximum of 5-10 working days. Home Decor Centro will not charge any cancellation fees. However, the bank processing charges of the payment gateway (3.5% for emi and 2.5% for other) shall be paid by you and it will be deducted from the refundable amount in case of cancellation/return of the order.
HOME DECOR CENTRO WILL ACCEPT THE CANCELLATION REQUEST WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER.
